One of the new advanced features of version 4.2.1 is recording your employees' attendance with check-in/check-out. When they check in/out, Rock POS will record their ID, the time, the date, their action (in or out), and which stores they are in charge.
To set up this feature:
Check the profiles you want to show, in the Back Office > RockPOS > Manage > Setup > Commissions > "Salesman profiles" > Select profiles that you want to record.
To show your employees on the Sell page, the "Salesperson" block must be available in the Sell page.
After that, you will see 2 new blocks in the Sell page: "In/Out" and "Salesperson"
- Click the In/Out block
- Fill in your password
- Select the action: in or out
Your action will be saved to the database.
To change the salesman to check-in/out, you just need to select an employee from the "Salesperson" block. Then do the same as above.
